Voting Question: How can I send mail faster?

I need to get a WA state ID by next Monday. To do this, I must provide a business letter sent to me at my address to prove my residence. It must be from the IRS, the Social Security Administration, US Treasury, or state/federal revenue departments. This is going to sound absurd, but I'm desperate for this ID. I'm going to send one of these guys a letter saying "PLEASE REPLY" in hopes of receiving a reply within 7 days. First of all, will this work?
