Resolved Question: Have any of the alleged "lawyers" suing Obama over the citizenship issue ever won a case in their lives?

I've found the following people have tried or are trying to sue Obama over the Birth Certificate issue. This is not necessarily an exhaustive list: Philip Berg (dismissed in lower court, request for certioari pending in Supreme Court) Leo Donofrio (same status as Berg) Steven Marquis (lawsuit dismissed in WA) Andy Martin (lawsuit dismissed in HI) David Neal (request for injunction denied in OH) Alan Keyes/Gary Kreep (pending in CA) My question is this: Has any of these alleged legal eagles ever succeeded in a federal case in their lives? Have they ever been known to win a case before--about anything? Have they ever successfully sued anyone regarding any issue whatsoever and won the lawsuit? I've searched and I've found that among the lawyers in the list above (Donofrio, Berg, Kreep, Marquis), not one has ever won a federal case. Philip Berg has lost every case he has ever tried. Anyone have any contrary evidence? Mag D2: Have any of the new names you add to the list ever won a lawsuit in their lives? My question is not whether Obama has been sued. My question goes to the likelihood that anyone will ever win one of those lawsuits. Anyone can hand a piece of paper to a court. To win, you have to know something about the law. People with no track record of winning seldom win on the first try. Wi Help: I've found 14 reported cases in which Berg was a lawyer for either the plaintiff or the defendant. He is batting 0 for 14.
